This Social organization working for the welfare of the persons in the field of Health, Moral Education, National Integrity, free legal advice to women and senior citizen who are helpless in financial aspects and illiteracy.
The founder pillars are Sh. J.P Nath, Dr. R.M. Sharma, Professor Dr. B.P. Gaur, Mrs. Premlata, Smt. Bhanoo Shrinath, Manisha Arora, & Dr. Archna Prakash.
With the cooperation and blessings of Sh. Nath’s several gurus, his spiritual Guru Acharya Shri Ram Sharma Ji and astrological Guru Pt. Shri Ram Niwas Shastri, Pt.Shri Arun Jaitley, Pt. Shri Krishan Ashant and Homeopathic Guru Dr. Radha Madhuri Sharan and first and foremost Guru his father Shri J.P. Maa Aadhyeshakti Holistic Health & Care Foundation was registered and recognized by the Government of India in October, 2003. The periphery of this organization is not only limited to Indian territory but goes beyond that.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE FOUNDATION
The aims and objectives of the foundation for which this society has been constituted are as follows:
In principle, our objective is to serve the human community in every way possible.
FOR THE WELFARE OF COMMUNITY:
To make efforts in making whole human community move forward on the path of ethical, physical, mental, social, spiritual and emotional development. To establish research centres for health, capacious metaphysical sciences centres, temples of Maa Aadhyeshakti and to construct Shaktipeeth (power seat) through which Indian metaphysical thought and sciences can be established and promoted all over the world.
To bring followers of different religions on a single forum for the establishment of communal harmony, having faith in humanity.
To promote social values like ahinsa (non-violence) and inspire people to follow it.
To connect socially and economically backward classes of the society with the health education and to provide social justice to the distressed, unable classes.
To establish asylums/shelters for the poor, helpless, handicapped, old aged people, and widows.
To provide medical aid, food, shelter, transport, other amenities and provide all possible help to victims of natural calamities like flood drought earth quakes, storms etc.
To spread awareness in the society to save it from prevailing misconduct, communal intolerance, adultery, corruption by establishing moral values in the society.

In consideration of neglected view of the society towards women, to establish “women help centres” which would be competent to give all possible help to victims/exploited/deserted women and give free legal aid, if necessary, and to help in producing her case in court and to provide every help for the rehabilitation of homeless, helpless women.

Bhanoo Sri Nath is the main pillar of the organization. All the programs of the organization are directed through her. She is a full associate of Dr. Anupnath life and discharges all the tasks with full responsibility with full devotion. She is a Yoga and Naturopathic Doctor from Morarji Desai, National Institute of Yoga Department of Ayush, Government of India, She has received postgraduate education in Yoga. In her life, she is inclined in metaphysics from her childhood. She is devotee of Shiva and lives yogic life.
To make every efforts to save children from malnutrition and to make arrangement for nutritious food for their all-round development.
To introduce children with human values through various ethical and principled conferences / meetings, dramas and other programmes suitable to children.
